Antipodean Antiquities of this caliber are now extremely scarce in our part of the world with the strict export restrictions being in place for some time now. They both stand on custom built wrought iron stands that were most likely made at the time of export sometime in the Victorian Era.
Circa AD50 - 3rd Century AD, used for Olive oil trading
The Larger 1080 tall x 730 wide - SOLD
The Less Large 950 x 600 - $1950
They are certainly magnificent forms in their own right and will make a distinct statement where ever they reside but apart from their decor aesthetics and Investment value, they are a tangible link back to the beginnings of Civilization as we know it today.
