Fully serviced and in excellent working condition with Chimes and original key.  It is made from cast spelter with gilded highlights in the Rococo style with a Classical Reclining figure of a Scholar contemplating some type of instrument of Science.  Circa 1880.  There is repair work to the reclining figure's Base.
